REIKI & ME
Why Reiki? For Leigh Anne, it's these ideals that resonate within her core:
Just for today, I will let go of anger.
Just for today, I will let go of worry.
Today, I will do my work honestly.
Today, I will be kind to every living thing.
Today, I will give thanks for my many blessings.
The Reiki Ideals are principals, or “Golden Rules” that were taught by Dr. Usui. They reflect the Reiki way of living and can be recited daily and taken to heart. In this way, the true goal of Reiki can be achieved: to bring happiness+peace to all.

YOGA & ME
Striving to teach from a place of compassion, Leigh Anne believes Yoga is suitable for everyone and each individual can deepen oneself through meditation, breath, and the practice of asanas. Leigh Anne’s classes focus on staying connected to the inner self with an emphasis on breathing, developing body and mind awareness, as well as, core strength, muscle tone, improved posture, balance, and inner confidence. Leigh Anne encourages students to listen to their bodies and work in a way that feels right and safe while having fun.

WHO IS LEIGH ANNE?
As part of her studying for her Masters degree in Choreography & Directing from NYU, Leigh Anne integrated Yoga & Meditation into her daily body care. This led her to pursue her teacher's certification at Frog Lotus Yoga Institute in the Berkshires, where she commited to making Yoga a life long commitment and truly an integral part of her daily ritual. A few years later adding Reiki to her process was the natural next step.
These life changes granted Leigh Anne the serenity and calmness of mindbody that has encouraged her to help and hopefully heal others through the practice of Yoga.
